Since Shadow Light Healings, LLC is, at times, providing services via Zoom, we are not liable for technical failures or internet outages.  In the case of an outage, rescheduling options will be made available.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America. Any legal action must be filed in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
